New Years Resolutions

I actually made some resolutions this year. I thought it was time I got over my fear of ustreaming and I am going to try it out. I went through a rough patch this pass weekend which I won't go into and it pushed me to go through with it. I know I have support and I hope you can join. My first stream will be Tuesday at 11am central time. I am sure this will test me and there will be trail and error but it is a learning experience and I can only get better.

My other resolution was no stress this year, one it bogs me down and makes me irritable and no fun, so since I am starting these stream I ask that you do not be rude or be a bully. I have been to streams where there are people who down others for what they say or do or just put down for a thought. So please keep the chat decent and I will allow links so you can post your blogs, nings or ustreams, but please no sharing of your online stores, those may be pmed if you wish to share with one person.

Please be patient with me while I learn this new journey in my goals.

ATCs

These are ATCs I made for a Swap.

And some Christmas ones.

Autumn Mini composition books.

I made these for a Swap that i am in started by Kristen Koenig. I was only suppose to make 5 but I made 6. The sunflower is made from the Tim Holtz tattered floral die, used my tools to give it depth, added some fall Prima Leaves, and some fall berries i got from Joanns in the floral section.

Altered Battery Tea Light

I had this idea for a while but just now got arounf to doing on. I used a 5 petal punch from EK Success, I used my Mcgill tools to mold the flowers into shape. and punched a hole in each layer to fit over the bulb. Adding each layer at a tim and off setting the flowers. Added 2 leaves cut from Mother's day bouquet on the Cricut and added glossy accents in drops for dew. Finished off with a piece of trim around it for the shabby chic look.

Altered Frame

Altered Frame

This is a frame I altered for the Altered Page as a design team member. My part of the Team is Diecut Diva, so my projects will involve a diecut from either a Vagabond or Cricut.

This frame was purchased at Michaels, I painted it with antique white allowed to dry and added a coat of Crackle Medium from Americana, allowed that to dry and then I added a single coat of wicker white from Folk Art. The dies I used to make the flowers are from sizzix Flower Layers #9. I folded the flowers giving it a 3d look. I used white fabric but after they were assembled I used tattered angels, patina, trunk bay, an homemade spray from vintage ink and then toped with dazzling diamonds. The bling was from Prima and I alcoholed with meadow green and the bling inside the flowers is from Hobby Lobby wedding picks. And finally the sentiment is from Paper Pizazz.

These are flowers I made from Organza. they are very simple to make from simple die cuts from sizzix. The die is Tattered Florals from Tim Holtz.
